Hi again!!!

This is Belén, Mariam and Maria Solans, today is our last day in Calafell and we are very tired (and hungry) after packing our suitcases...! We had lots of things to pack!!! OMG

Yesterday was a very funny day and we loved the DISCO very much! We danced a lot and we ate pop corn!!! MMMM yummy!

Our French friends came to dance a song with us, it was funny!

​

Today in the morning, after packing and having breakfast, we have gone to the swimming pool and we have played different games there: Marco-Polo, mata conills and So-pa-po!

5 minutes ago, we have seen all the pictures that the teachers have been taking this whole week.

​

In 30 minutes we’ll have lunch and at 3pm we’ll take the bus to Vic.

We are really happy, this colònies have been amazing! But we are a little sad because we don’t want to come back to Vic! We would stay here!!!

Good Bye!!! See you at the bus station! Don’t forget to come and pick us up!

Avui som la Belén, la Mariam i la Maria Solans, avui és el nostre últim dia a Calafell i estem molt cansades (i afamades!) després de fer-nos les maletes...! Teníem moltes coses per posar-hi!!! Ai... Ai!

Ahir va ser un dia molt divertit i ens va encantar la DISCO! Vam ballar molt i vam menjar crispetes! MMMM que bones!

Fins i tot van venir els nostres amics francesos a ballar una cançó, molt divertit!

Aquest matí, després de fer les maletes i esmorzar, hem anat a la piscina i hem jugat a diferents jocs: Marco-Polo, mata conills i So-pa-po!

I ara fa 5 minuts els profes ens han ensenyat totes les fotos que han anat fent aquesta setmana.

D’aquí 30 minuts dinarem i a les 3pm agafarem el bus cap a Vic.

Estem molt contentes, aquestes colònies han estat una passada! I també estem tristes perquè no volem tornar a Vic! Ens volem quedar!!!

Adéu! Ens veiem a l’estació de busos! No us oblideu de venir a buscar-nos!

Hello everyone!!

This is Jordi Griera, Max Roquet, Christian and Arnau.

Yesterday night after dinner we played the Flag Game and the Bote Bote. It was very funny! We specially loved the Flag Game, we even won the game!

Here in the residence there is a group of French teenages (they are around 14 and 15 years old). Yesterday France played against Germany, and as you may know, France won the match. When the French guys came to the residence after the match, we all were extremely happy and we all celebrated together. Our new French friends are: Remi, Ellioth and Luca.

Today in the morning after breakfast we went to the beach and we did some water sports again: sailing, padel surf, catamaran and kaiak.  

After lunch we played football with our French friends and we did gymcana about the Iberian alphabet. It was very cool!

Then we went to the swimming pool and we played waterpolo with the French.

And before dinner we will perform our plays about the Iberian.

After dinner we are going to the DISCO!!!

Hola a tothom!!

Som en Jordi Griera, en Max Roquet, en Christian i l’Arnau.

Ahir a la nit vam jugar al joc de la bandera i al Bote Bote. Va ser molt divertit! A nosaltres ens va agradar sobretot el joc de la bandera, vam guanyar i tot!

Aquí a la casa hi ha un grup de nois i noies francesos (tenen uns 14-15 anys). I ahir França jugava contra Alemanya, i com ja sabeu, França va guanyar. Doncs quan els francesos van arribar a la casa nosaltres vam començar a saltar amb ells i a cridar per celebrar la victòria. Alguns dels nostres nous amics es diuen: Remi, Ellioth i Luca.

Avui al matí després d’esmorzar hem anat a la platja i hem fet més esports d’aigua: vela, padel surf, caiac i catamarà.

Després de dinar hem jugat a futbol amb els francesos i també hem fet una gimcana sobre l’alfabet dels íbers. Quina passada!

Després hem anat una estona a la piscina abans de berenar i hem jugat a waterpolo amb els francesos.

Abans de sopar farem les obres de teatre sobre els íbers.

Després de sopar farem una DISCO mòbil!!!

Hello families!

Today we are Guillem, Max Martí and Jordi Sallés. Do you want to know what we did yesterday and today? Keep reading!!!

Yesterday after dinner, we went to the Castle in Calafell and we played games, which we previously prepared in the afternoon. We played the “Macarroni Game” and another game where we had to find different pieces of paper with different colours on them. The Castle is amazing at night!

This morning we went to visit the Ciutadella (Calafell Old City), which is a small city with walls and defense towers. After the visit we have done two “tallers”: How to make clothes and we made a bracelet on the other one.

​

We had lunch next to Ciutadella in a picnic area and then we headed to the beach. The boys built a really big sand-jacuzzi and then we played in the water for a while.

At around 5:30... the teachers said it was snack time... and we were really hungry... and we had an ICE-CREAM!!! We couldn’t believe it! What a surprise! WOW!

Then we came back to the house and some of us played football and the others went to the swimming pool.

We’ll continue tomorrow!!!

Hola famílies!

Avui som en Guillem, en Max Martí i en Jordi Sallés. Voleu saber què vam fer ahir i avui? Continueu llegint!!!

Ahir després de sopar vam anar al Castell de Calafell i vam fer els jocs de nit que havíem preparat a la tarda. Vam jugar al “Joc del Macarró” i un altre joc en el qual havíem de buscar paperets de diferents colors. El Castell és una passada de nit!

Aquest matí hem anat a la Ciutadella de Calafell, que és una ciutat emmurallada amb torres de defensa. Després de la visita en anglès hem fet dos tallers: Un de com es feia la roba i en un altre hem fet un bracelet.

Hem dinat en un parc del costat de la Ciutadella i tot seguit hem anat cap a la platja. Els nens hem contruït un jacuzzi a la sorra i després hem anat a jugar una estona a l’aigua.

Cap allà a les 5:30... els professors han dit que era l’hora de berenar... i nosaltres teníem molta gana... i ens han dit que ens compraven un GELAT!!! No ens ho podíem ni creure! Quina sorpresa!

Tot seguit hem tornat a la casa i alguns hem jugat a futbol i uns altres han anat a la piscina.

Continuem demà!

Hello!! We are Eulàlia, Clara and Berta.

Yesterday night, after dinner, we took our pillows and put on our pyjamas to enjoy the movie night, called “Nightmares”. I wasn’t scary but we like it a lot! Some of the group felt sleep because we were really tired.

This morning, we went to the beach to continue with the water sports. We practised padel surf and kayak. Today it was really windy, but the sun was shining during the whole day. Some of us had time to ride on the catamaran, so we will continue on Friday- YAY!

For lunch we ate rice with vegetables and meatballs, and an ice cream!

In the afternoon, we practiced the play about Iberian people. Then, we had planned the games for tonight. We will have fun! And after the snack, we went to the swimming pool. Now, we had a shower and we are ready for dinner.

There are 3 days left, and we are happy to stay here but we also miss home from time to time.

Hola!! Som l’Eulàlia, la Clara i la Berta.

Ahir a la nit, després de sopar, vam agafar els nostres coixins i ens vam posar el pijama per anar a veure la película “Malsons”. No feia gens de por, però ens va agradar molt! Alguns nens i nenes es van adormir perquè estàvem molt cansats.

Aquest matí, hem continuat amb les activitats aquàtiques a la platja. Hem fet pàdel surf i kayak. Avui feia molt vent,  però el sol ha brillar tot el dia. Alguns de nosaltres hem anat amb catamaran, els altres hi anirem el divendres.

Per dinar hem menjat arròs amb verdures, pilotilles i gelat!

A la tarda, hem practicat l’obra de teatre sobre els íbers a l’aire lliure. Després, hem planejat alguns jocs per fer aquesta nit. Serà divertit! Després de berenar, hem anat una estona a la piscina. Ara ens hem dutxat i estem esperant per sopar.

Ens falten 3 dies per tornar  a casa, estem contentes d’estar aquí, però a vegades també trobem a faltar casa nostra. Gràcies per llegir els nostres comentaris.

Hello again!

We are Ariadna Corominas, Júlia Verdaguer and Júlia Codina.

Yesterday we played a night game! YAY! We needed our torches and we had to look for pieces of papers with songs. With every piece of paper we could make a song. When we all found our songs, we had to sing them in front of the other ones. Then we sang some songs in a karaoke, for example (Let it go, from the movie Frozen; My House, from Flo Rida; No, from Megan Trainor and a Drop in the Ocean, from Aaron Chupa). It was really funny! But the boys didn’t like the song from Frozen!

This morning we went to the beach in Coma-Ruga after breakfast and we did a water sport: SAILING! We could even jump from the boat and swim in the sea, how cool!

After sailing, we came back to the house and had lunch. After lunch we have worked a little bit on our dossiers... and we have learnt what the Iberians used to eat, and we have started preparing a theater play in 3 big groups: We have to invent a story about the Iberians... (we’ll tell you more, when it’s possible).

After eating our snack, we played some water games: passing a glass with water to other people, withou spilling the water, and at the end we have had a water balloons battle!!!

The we went to the swimming pool.

We don’t know what we’ll do tonight, because the teachers won’t tell us, it’s a surprise, we’ll tell you tomorrow!

Hola de nou!

Som l’Ariadna Corominas, la Júlia Verdaguer i la Júlia Codina.

Ahir vam fer un joc de nit! VISCA! Amb l’ajuda dels lots havíem de buscar per trossos de paper amb cançons, en cada tros de paper hi havia una part d’una cançó i la vam haver de cantar davant dels altres grups. Després vam fer una mica de karaoke i vam cantar per exemple (Let it go, de la pel·lícula Frozen; My House, de Flo Rida; No, de Megan Trainor i a Drop in the Ocean, de Aaron Chupa). Va ser molt divertit!! Però als nens no els va agradar la cançó de Frozen!

Aquest matí després d’esmorzar hem anar a Coma-Ruga i hem tornat a fer esports aquàtics: hem fet VELA! Fins i tot ens hem pogut tirar a l’aigua i banyar-nos, que divertit!

Després, hem tornat a la casa i hem dinat. Després de dinar hem treballat una mica amb els dossier... i hem après una cosa més dels íbers (què menjaven.) També hem començat a preparar una obra de teatre en 3 grups, en la quan ens hem d’inventar una història sobre els íbers... (ja us explicarem més coses quan poguem).

Després de berenar hem fet jocs d’aigua: hem hagut de passar-nos un got ple d’aigua amb altra gent, sense que l’aigua caigués a terra, i al final hem fet guerra de globus d’aigua!!!

Encara no sabem què farem aquesta nit perquè no ens ho volen explicar, és una sorpresa, us ho explicarem demà!

Hello! We are Jan Costa, Jordi Planchart and Joan Orozco.

This morning we went to Coma-ruga by bus. We put on the safety jackets and the teachers explained us how to do kayaking and padel surfing. We were in two different groups, so tomorrow we will swap activities. We had great fun! We did different activities in the water, such as a race. We also had a swim on the beach. Then, we took the bus, and the bus driver asked us to clean our feet from the sand. :(

​

When we arrived in Artur Martorell (residence) we had lunch and played different games. We were really tired.

​

In the afternoon, we learnt about the Iberian men and women's clothes. So we made some jewellery! We made bracelets made of pasta and we coloured them with gold and metal sprays.

​

Later, we had a snack and we played different games at the swimming pool. When we were refreshed we went to play football.

​

Now we are ready for dinner and some surprising night games!

​

We are happy to be here!!

Hola!! Som en Jan Costa, en Jordi Planchart i en Joan Orozco. Aquest matí hem anat a Coma-ruga amb bus. Ens hem posat els salva vides i els monitors ens han explicat com remar bé per poder fer kayak i pàdel surf. Ens hem organitzat en dos grups diferents, i demà intercanviarem activitats. Ens ho hem passat molt bé! Hem fet algunes curses. També, ens hem pogut banyar a la platja una estona. Després, el conductor de l’autocar ens ha fet netejar els peus molt bé per poder tornar a la casa de colònies.

Quan hem arribat a la casa de colònies, hem dinat i jugat una estona.

A la tarda, hem après com es vestien els homes i les dones a l’època dels íbers. I hem fet joies! Hem fet braçalets i collarets de pasta i els hem espraiat de color platejat i daurat.

Després de berenar, hem anat a fer activitats a la piscina i quan ens hem ben refrescat hem pogut jugar a futbol.

Ara ja estem apunt per anar a sopar i fer el joc de nit!!

Hello everybody!

We are Júlia Tomàs, Maria Vilà and Ariadna Conill. Yesterday we arrived in Calafell at around 5pm. After unpacking everything and making the beds, we had a snack (some bread with chocolate, yummy!!!). Then we went to the swimming pool and after dinner we went to the beach and we played some games, we even put our feet in the water (it was not cold at all!).

Today we woke up at 8 o’clock and after breakfast we have prepared an activity for tonight (a competition quiz about the Iberians!), then we went to the swimming pool and we had lunch.

In the afternoon we have done two activities: we had to make a giant wheel with newspapers and some tape… then, we had to walk inside the wheel. It was really funny!

After the wheel game, we played scrabble on the floor.

We will continue tomorrow, we’ll keep in touch!

Hola a tothom!

Som la Júlia Tomàs, la Maria Vilà i l’Ariadna Conill. Ahir vam arribar a Calafell cap a les 5pm. Després de desfer les maletes i fer els llits, vam berenar una mica (pa amb xocolata, que bo!!!), i vam anar a la piscina. Havent dinat vam anar a la platja i vam fer alguns jocs, fins i tot vam posar els peus a l’aigua (no estava gens freda!).

Avui ens hem llevat a les 8 i després  de l’esmorzar hem preparat una activitat per aquesta nit (un concurs sobre els íbers!), després hem anat a la piscina i hem dinat.

A la tarda hem fet dues activitats: hem hagut de contruir una roda gegant amb papers de diari… i llavors havíem de caminar per dintre de la roda. Ha estat molt divertit!

Després d’aquest joc, hem jugat a un scrabble gegant a terra.
